Background and Purpose
Big Walnut Productions, LLC and its family of companies: Big Walnut Studios, Big Walnut Records and BWS Publishing(ASCAP), was formed in 2004 after years of working in the world of independent music. We were formed to provide a comprehensive one-stop solution for the audio and video needs of independent musicians in Central Indiana. The company is located in Reelsville, IN which is approximately 45 minutes west of Indianapolis, IN and sits on 100 acres of beauty and inspiration. The company gets its name from bordering Big Walnut Creek.

Big Walnut Productions caters to the needs of the working musician and others with limited budgets. We provide a full range of quality, affordable services including: digital audio and video recording (studio and remote); mixing and mastering; video editing and DVD authoring; CD-DVD duplication/replication and web site development/maintenance.


Goal
Our goal is to provide our clients with a high quality, stress-free and enjoyable recording experience. We've found that in most studios when the clock is ticking, the meter is running which in turn translates into more costs, more stress, less enjoyment and overall less quality in the final recorded product. As we prefer to operate under a more relaxed schedule, our bands and artists find themselves having more fun, are less stressed and are more apt to be at the top of their game while recording.
